Getting started with CraftSpy

Installing the extension

Google Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing.
  2. Click Add to Chrome.
  3. Confirm with Add Extension.
  4. The CraftSpy icon appears in your browser toolbar.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store listing.
  2. Click Get.
  3. Confirm with Add Extension.
  4. The CraftSpy icon appears in your Edge toolbar.

Using it

Step 1: Open Etsy

Go to any Etsy listing. The extension adds its tools to the page on its own, so there is nothing to set up.

Step 2: Use the tools

Two tools are available from the listing and review pages. One copies the tags off a listing with a single click. The other exports customer reviews so you can read through the feedback properly.

Step 3: Upgrade to Premium (optional)

The free plan covers up to 50 reviews. If you need more than that, or you want email support, open the CraftSpy settings in the extension and choose Upgrade to Premium.
